The project comprises a 220 key business hotel along with a banquet hall, 2 restaurants, spa, lounge bar and club facilities at the Export Promotion Industrial park in Whitefield, Bangalore. This is housed in a G+18 tower with four underground basements for car-parking and services. The three-level podium block houses public areas and is composed of masses clad in dark marble and in terracotta slats, arranged around a central courtyard. Guest floors comprise 15 levels above this, and constitute a linear tower draped in a glazed curtainwall with integrated lighting. This is capped with a bar at the roof level with outdoor seating and a cantilevered dance floor.
